Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for which You are not satisfied with the quality of the Goods.

The only condition is that the Goods that You received are not used and are in the original condition as delivered and packaging of the Goods is intact

Exclusions

The following products cannot be subject to cancellation, return, or refund:

  • Goods that are not returnable due to hygiene or health protection reasons
  • Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Services that have been fully rendered
  • Digital downloads or content

Return Process

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the Goods.

Shipping Return Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless:

  • The product is the wrong item

In these cases, return shipping will be covered by Ingress IT Solutions.

Refund Processing

Please note that the refund does not include the original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with:
